I have finally hit 130!! I can't believe I'm only 5 pounds away from my goal weight! Back in February I told myself I wanted to be 130 by the end if the summer and it feels so good meeting that goal. I am so proud of myself for sticking it out and working hard to make myself happier. :)
130.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much! Tara (fantastic name by the way, if I must say so myself) - In the beginning I counted calories and worked out a TON, but as I got closer to my goal weight I became a little less strict. Now I just always make sure I have a calorie deficit of at least 500 and stay active throughout the day. Even if it's something as simple as taking the stairs instead of the elevator, doing housework, or going for a walk. I'm probably going to have to keep this up if I want to maintain my weight, which should be no problem since I'm a pretty busy person :)

Wow!! Congratulations and you look fabulous in your profile picture! So pretty :D and inspiring, I am at 155 right now and my goal weight is 130! Congratulations, go on a shopping spree :D (my favorite way to celebrate)
