Good Morning Day 24/90 and Happy Phenomenal Abdominal Friday Team Skinny US!

Went for a hour run last night and was a sweaty lil monster by the time I was through. I even made a point of doing tricep dips at every park bench I passed while curious commuters and onlookers looked at me like I was on C R A C K. Needless to say I hurt in all the right places and slowly starting to see that delightful tight tricep dent where they used to once flap in the wind. It’s pretty neato to see my body start to transform and I’m not even a third of the way through my challenge yet. BOO-YA. Then off to slow pitch, were I hit a couple doubles (no big deal just call me J-Rod.) And our team won 24-16! Down a pound from last week and that makes me feel like a wiener ehhem winner also. Speaking of wieners, my buddy at work was just telling me this story the entire family was getting sick and they couldn’t figure out why. Turns out his little sister shoved a hotdog in the ketchup bottle and was too scared to tell anyone it was stuck in there and it rotted. it’s not good they got sick but we can laugh about it now!

In other news, laser surgery frickin does not tickle. It was actually rather painful, but pain is beauty. And now I only have five more sessions left and then I will never have to shave my pits or lady bits again. It’s not cheap either, but I think of it as a long term investment as I will be saving on waxing, razors etc etc. Again I know you were all dying to know.

Well the dreaded weekend is upon us – I have made the executive decision to not go to the lake this weekend. I have a couple papers to write and a ton of cleaning and laundry to catch up on so if I I don’t think of it as the weekend, and stay busy “working” on other things, I won’t give into temptation. I plan to get my lower body work out in directly after work, and bikram yoga every single day this weekend, sleep in, hit the driving range, oh and win the lotto which jackpot is 50 mil this week. Plus the BF is out of town working so I won’t have to watch him shove every conceivable carb into his orifice and then just sneak a nibble, which turns into a bite, which turns into a handful, 2 handfuls, and then 10 minutes later laying with my pant undone licking the bag empty like some kind of baboon.

Patience – Nice work on the clean eats buddy, and the half a pound decrease. so proud right now. What are you and your family doing this weekend? Practice the mantra: I will not over indulge I will not over indulge I will NOT over indulge. I look forward to your posts you are a supreme key motivator for me.

Coach – You are so funny! The future ex husband was MIA last night, turns out he passed out with his workout gear before he even worked out, I guess at least the intention was there?!?! When I talk to him today I will let him know I still need a swing coach as part of the divorce. Haha, just kidding. He is a really great guy, I just lub him. I can’t wait to hear who you are paired up with, that is soooo cool. I wish we had a chance to play with celebrities but if it was some sort of Canadian celebrity match up I would probably end up with Justin Bieber, yikes. You get to the driving range now ya hear, I want four buckets down the pipe!

M1 – Protein Shakey Shakey & Blue Berries
M2 – Apple
M3 – Chicken and ww pita
M4 – myoplex (if I’m hungry)
M5 – Mixed Greens & Fillet of fish
