Another day that i didn't want to stop but had to pick up the kids. Loving this energy!! I almost went 5mi which is double what I usually do. Tomorrow is another day to push even farther :)

140.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
