Aside from over spicing all my food lol, I found that drinking a lot of unsweetened iced tea really keeps me from snacking. I put just a tiny bit of splenda in it (switching to Stevia next time I go into town to shop) and it really curbs my appitite, or maybe it just keeps me from eating because I'm bored. Either way, I'm super stoked about hitting 191 today, I haven't been this thin in over 2 years!!!
