I haven't been on any sort of diet plan since getting to my goal weight in May last year, but I will be starting to be 'careful' again once I am over this bug I've had for the last 2-3wks. I also need to get back into exercising more but will have to take it easy at first cos I haven't been eating properly while I've been I'll and still feel a little weak and feeble atm.
