ate reasonably well. Ate a lot. Lot of breakfast-vegetable shake, 2 protein shakes, 6 tacos, 2 quesadillas, pike mackerel, vegetables

GOOD:
dinner I ate pike mackerel and cup of various vegetables.

IMPROVE:
did not have slow-burning energy source that will sustain me overnight.

130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
