I was hoping for some weight loss as of today, but oh well. It'll come, in time. I hope my back and arm are better before I leave for vacation on Saturday. I plan to play as much Tennis as I can while I am away. I want to be able to relax a bit and not make my diet so hard to follow while I am away, which means that I will need to do more exercise too!

Congrats on losing 10 pounds in one month!! AWESOME!! Weight loss tends to slow after the first week or two of dieting. Way to keep on trucking...and exercising!! I love the feeling of calm that exercising gives. And I enjoy not focusing on anything but a nice long run. We are leaving for our family vacation on Saturday too, but H is bringing his laptop, so I'm sure I'll have access at some point. ;) Happy travels!!
