Can't seem to get on track! Too many temptations, though this time of year my temptations do involve healthy items like tomatoes but how can you say no to a BLT?
163.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1 slice whole grain bread cut in half toasted (in oven) till really crispy (making in oven makes it seem more gormet to me...), 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 tbsp light mayo, mixed with 1 tsp mustard, salt and pepper taste, 2 slices ripe tomatoe, 1 leaf of iceburg lettuce voilla!

o i forgot to add...take a paper towel pour a small amount of vegetable oil on it, and rub on pan, its all you need.

Quantity and substitution of ingredients, good for bad says it all doesn't it? Still, turkey bacon is NOT the same as the real thing. I think I'd rather have sliced smoked turkey breast. Hmm mouth is watering, must be time for some carrots and hummus!

Your right its not, nothing replaces the taste of the real thing (I just happen to really like it :)). Just mentioning something I did the last time I had a craving for a BLT. :) Smoked turkey breast does sound yummy!
