Haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks because went first to NYC then to Grand Rapids on mini-vacations with friends and family. Once again I treated vacations as "diet-free" celebrations. Need to stop doing it. Only up side is my vacations are by choice almost always active, plenty of walking, almost all day in NY, from early morning to evening. I guess it's not so bad and I think that some of the weight gain this morning is too much salt, still since I have no more trips planned and a garden full of great veggies I need to get back on track. Anyone have recipes for green beans that aren't fat loaded. I made a pressure cooker version that turned out pretty good last week.
