See-sawing between 187 and 190 for the past two weeks.
Preparing to begin a keto lifestyle in August.
I have found loads of recipes that I know will see me through.
I have also been studying food labels and am amazed at the things that I found at the dollar store today.
I remember seeing a lot of items that I am pretty sure are keto friendly at a big lot store. I will go there sometime soon and spend some time checking out items and reading labels.
The more I read, helpful tips and recipes I find, the more confident I am in feeling that I can succeed in changing my lifestyle for the better.

Mbr11 i would love to! For some reason, my dr wants me to wait until im one year out from my chemo treatments i had to have. Im studying up and preparing for a keto lifestyle in the meantime. Collecting recipes, looking for tips, trying so hard to understand it all lol I am also preparing my husband who is diabetic for the changes that are about to happen. I am really looking forward to it!

ohhh, always do what the Dr. says. I've been doing keto on and off for at least a decade. It's the only way I can personally lose/maintain weight loss because without sugar/lots of carbs, I lose my cravings and nonstop hunger. It takes a bit to make the adjustment but it's totally worth it. Good luck on the health front too!

Thank you mbr11! I’m excited for the results, I am a lifelong sugar and carb junkie. I’ve been slowly weaning off in anticipation of starting keto. I’m glad to hear the cravings ease up!

When it comes to sugar, it's easier to just "rip off the band-aid". Much luck to you. It really is only hard for just a few days.
