Up a pound today not happy but I know it's bound to happen every now and then so I'm not going to stress over it, I know I haven't cheated following all my diet and exercises so I'm sure it will fall off again.

171.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb. Still to go: 48.0 lb. Diet followed 100%.

gaining 7.0 lb a week

Hi.. Hang in there..I'm full aware on how you feel - especially when you know you haven't cheated.. That pound and some more will fall off sooner than you know... Good luck to you!
