Yeah! 5 pounds the first week! I'm so excited...my hard word paid off! Like I said before, it only gets harder. I know I can do it though. The bad part is, I've done this before. The hardest part for me is Maintenance. I've got some new ideas for that though....but I can't worry about that until I make my goal.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
