i did it! now my new goal is 20 more pds.....that will put me back dn to where I was before I took sick 5 years ago. then I will feel like I'm making progress.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
