I've been back doing a food diary for 2 weeks, so i finally worked up the guts to get back on a scale after 6 months of ignoring it. So I'm 6 pounds heavier today than I was at the end of Feb. 2 weeks ago I bet it was much worse. I think I gained most of the weight after James fell off the fire escape at our buiding, shattering his ankle. And this 10 days before we were supposed to go to California. With him in a wheelchair needing a lot of help for the first few weeks, I totally got out of my exercise routine. And that meant I shouldn't have continued eating like I was still buring off 200-300 extra calories 4-5 days a week. Oh well, better late than never. At least I still fit in MOST of my clothes. Now I have about a month to lose 10 lbs before we leave for our rescheduled vacation. I know that's aggressive for someone who refuses to subsist on 1200 calories a day. If I can get back to where I was at the beginning of the year, that would be great.
