hmmm. feeling good on this diet and staying under 25 carbs so need to get more strict and really get under 20. my metabolism must be slower than I even thought. last time I was on Atkins I recall this strange 'holding pattern' then suddenly a few pounds would drop at once, so I'm not worried. Am also under my RDI for calories so I know the weight will come off. Body just adjusting.....
