Back on the diet program. That for me is a dramatic drop in calories. No more than 1500 per day with most from fruit and veg. Lots of water (one gallon per day} with one hour of exercise per day. This program has shown me in the past that it will work for me. Carbs from fruit and beans.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
