It's been 8 days since I've started my diet... Progressing well, trying to mash some excercise in... Trying to find motivation in everything. Carbohydrates are bringing me down though, wish there was a way to eliminate them completely from my diet, but its impossible! For next week, I want to reduce them amount of bread i'm eating, even though its wholewheat. Today I had one slice at breakfast and another two with chicken for lunch. I want to reduce that!
