Nonametral's Journal, 04 January 2013

It's my fourth day dieting. I am trying not to slip up with carbs and sugar... Feel hungry a lot especially right after I eat I still feel hungry... Cravings are very bad but trying hard to drink water instead.

Keep up the good work the first few days are tough. Don't beat yourself up if you slip up just start over again.

Thanks! It's been a week and a half and slowly progressing... Its hard to resist the sweet things for me.
