I skipped going to the pub on Sat so had zero beers this week. Only sugar I had all weekend was some strawberries & yoghurt for lunch yesterday. So for once on Monday morning I'm not chasing my tail for the next 3 days.
167.1 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

My weight had plateaued so I had some duck and a couple of margaritas last night. No scales today just gym to reboot.

ive put on .6kg. but i had a sugar attack over the weekend not worried about it. just get back on the bike
