The gain is ok. I think it's a bounce back from coming off my period. I've noticed that I often lose more before or during my period, and then show a slight gain afterwards. It's not significant. I'm only recording it so I know where I am.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 38.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
