Sticking to my diet 100% now for only a few days, but have also been drinking 4 quarts of liquid a day. I am feeling better than I have in quite some time, and not being excessively hungry though I am actually TEMPTED when I see food ads on TV. We are watching very little live TV though, so we can skip through the commercials. LOL

Still on the antibiotic for the Lymes disease and the terrible joint pain I was having is decreasing.

Also sleeping better, going to sleep earlier, and awakening on my own about 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. and have more energy, mind seems more clear, and mood improved.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
