Just a couple of days of following diet and drinking 1 gal of liquid a day and I have already gone down 2 pounds, I know it is not that much fat lost but it is a start. Will have 2 shakes/smootihies and a small hamburger for dinner.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
