Had to step on the scale three times to believe this lol!
I totally blew the calorie ceiling yesterday, i knew that i would, i so enjoy a cold beer or four 😂
186.6 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
