Went on vacation to Cincinnati and Worked out 5x and ate reasonably well.
Left at 148.6 - mid point 144.6 - until today at current weight and I have weight in for the new year.
145.3 lb Lost so far: 23.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
