been eating alot and working out isnt enuf. time to spend the next couple weeks really tracking stuff and doing keto ! 142 is the goal
148.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.3 lb a week

Thanks so much. I have done it quite a few times but never stay with it long term. I have tried but as an ultra marathoner it's really hard to get fat adapted and I need some carbs when I'm running 12 hours. It's a bit of a tune of for me and it works wonders!!!

Yeah I see. But if you carb up and run it will still be fairly keto as you body will deal with the carbs very effectively and empty and storage. I run about one hour fasted just fine but I do not worry about breaking records nor am I training for something.
