After almost 6 months I have lost 30 lbs. I feel really good and have more energy. However, my weight loss has really slowed to a crawl and as you can see i have even slipped back 1/2 a pound since 2 weeks ago. I'm maintaining about 1500 calories, but often it slips up a 100 or 2. But sometimes, it has been less. I'm only 18 lbs off my goal and I have dropped 4 inches in my waist. I'm pretty much satified with what I'm eating or not eating, but do treat myself once in a while. Yesterday I had a piece of strawberry rhubarb pie. Delicious, but 400 calories? I will try to stick to fresh fruit and yogourt.
