My diet has been always the same during these days. I have also made more exercise that I usually do. However I haven't loose weight. I even gained half a chilo. What is happening? May be I am building up muscles (and muscles weigh more than fat)?

Could be, or maybe you need to drink more water. Try recording everything in your food journal so it will be easier to see if you are over or under eating, or having too much sodium. Good luck!

Thank you amryk. In these days, we have very hot temperatures in italy and I drank a lot. You may be right. I also think that weighing every day is a mistake: it should be done once a week.

My scale goes up and down during the week, too. Our bodies are such fickle things! But your chart is moving in the right direction. Keep up the good work!
