This week was a failure as far as the challenge goes. I will do better this week. It is a new week and a new month!!! I brought my a few exercise dvd's to work if we aren't busy I will hopefully get some done - may get the other two girls here at work to do them with me! I am planning on walking on the treadmill and stretching after work.

1100pm - the rest of the crew is watching tv, so I logged onton free exercise on the internet and completed 42 minutes of Belly dance Samba. It was a lot of fun, but some of the moves I was unable to do. That is ok - I will get the hang of it. Hopefully I can do it again tomorrow - I really liked it but I really hate sweating! I had planned on walking on the treadmill when I got off of work at 4a but since I did the Samba I don't know if I will - I will see how I feel in a few hours when I get off from work. My son asked me before I left to go to work if he and I could do my Zumba CD on Monday - so hopefully I will be energized to do it with him (and he won't laugh too hard at me!).
