following mostly a keto diet. sundays I have been eating a pancake with eggs bacon and sausage. fyi that's a good way to start a Sunday. that's about the most carbs I eat. it seems to be working. I do feel better
though any time I have a slight discomfort I freak out about how it could be my fat intake killing me. lol I know it's not but that's the fat phobic part of me that I can't get rid of yet.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, we were trained for so many years to avoid fats! But during weight loss, your body will use stored fats to get energy, as long as you keep carbs consistently very low.

There are a lot of good recipes for keto pancakes online. You can have your pancakes and keep ketosis going strong!

I figure if I eat only one pancake that is made with full fat everything ingredients and it usually small. That is really only carbs I get all day or week so I think I'll ok. But thanks for headsup
