Slowly but surely the number keeps going down. Almost to my 10 pound milestone. I need to focus and stop allowing myself to "cheat" just because I've lost some weight. Hoping next time to see a bigger and continued loss.
228.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
