counting calories, but basically not limiting the type of food I was eating, and I am 4kg down in one week!
this is amazing! the phone app is helping me make the right decisions!
Been to the gym twice in the past 7 days, and will try to keep going atleast twice a week. feeling great!
251.3 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
