232.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 67.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Field trip with Aeryn's class. The provided lunch was probably fine. Fish dinner in GB with the family was total overkill. Probably could have picked something better off the menu but it was the thing to do. Once a week would be too much for a meal like this but once every couple of weeks or once a month is probably ok. Calories might be overestimated by a fair amount but it's hard to tell with stuff like this.
