This is the end of July. I've been pretty strict this month. I've got 28 days to go to my birthday. Let's see how well I can do. I've got about ten pounds to go to hit my challenge goal.
324.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 156.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
