Wow! Wow! Wow! I blew past my 20lb mark this week!! Going to the gym 4 times in a row really paid off -- I lost 2.6 lbs!! I am so excited!! Thank you, Lord!! You are GOOD! :)
274.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
