well stayed the same ok a 1/2lb more. No suprise there, especially with the lack of working out and I know I haven't been getting enough water in. Its tough to do with working 12 hrs in a car(theres not always a bathroom around) But to not disappoint anyone more important myself I got up today and spent 2 hours running around my house cleaning then did 30 min on the treadmil. 2 bottles of water down as well 3 eggs(mock french toast stlye) 1 small cup of lite and fit yogart
