A new year; new goals; new resolve! time to get healthy for real. Learned a lot about myself, about food and about my relationship with food this past year. It really is time to gain control of my life and start feeling better.
260.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 110.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
