Hi there, I skip my breakfast meal, for lunch, I typically have 2 scrambled eggs. For snacks, I eat 10 almonds/cashew nuts. And for evening meals, I usually have pork loins with broccoli and green beans.

I also have 3 coffees with cream. (Instead of Milk)
