Averaging about a pound a day. Don't think it will be as good over the course of the next few days since I have a four day weekend and I won't be doing anywhere near as much walking as I do when I am at work. No complaints though! Part of me wants to start working out and then another thinks I should wait until I plateau with the weight loss. Got to say again how much this combination of the Abs diet and food diary entries is working for me and I can't recommend it enough.
