Suprisingly I am loosing weight without following really any diet. I have just cut back my calorie intake and continue to work out 4 days a week. Working out is a huge HUGE contributer to weight loss once you get in the groove of working out, before you know it you will have lost several inches and feel great!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
