Quite pleased with the numbers on the scale this morning.
I’ve been off the radar for a little over a month but despite not calorie counting, I’ve managed to maintain my weight.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
