Diet and lowered caloric intake. This works.

Tonight is new years and I am going off the wagon. I fully intend to gain a brick and half. Wine and Chinese food and not my friends but tonight is a night for living.

I apologize in advance for the cursing tomorrow morning at weight in.
145.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
