The scale has slightly increased the last week or two (oz's vs. lbs), which is still disappointing, despite sticking to keto.
Work had been crazy busy. I use to bitch how things were so far away in the hospital where I worked at, but I'm glad as it helps to get all those steps in. Just over 7K one day (9 hr day) and over 8K (9 hr day). And when it's busy I eat even less food.
Been looking at a bunch of sub-reddit posts for keto/progress pics/women 50+ and I'm thinking I'm going to try the OMAD. I already fast quite frequently at 16:8, but that is clearly not enough to help decrease the weight.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
