Whaaaaat?! Nothing?! I have exercised well, and stuck to my diet (during the week) Is it possible that I lost weight only to regain it all during the weekend? AND I had my period at the last weigh in so technically shoulg have been heavier than normal! Am I actually putting on weight? Worse still, I've just booked a holiday for next Weds. Nearly three weeks in a bikini, not sure if enar a gym and will be away from a computer. Help, what am I doing wrong and what can I do on holiday?!?!?!?!?!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Calm down, take a deep breath! You said that you've been workingo out every day - you've probally just put on muscle weight! Muscle weighs more than fat, so it sounds to me like your doing a great job - keep it up!

Thanks!! That's just what I needed to hear (and was trying to tell myself...) I do feel a bit "tighter" but nothing showing on the scales yet. Still, early days. Any ideas what I can do on holiday? I've been frantically googling for a gym nearby, but I'm staying in a hostel which definitely won't have one and it'll be too hot to run outside! And the currents in the sea make swimming difficult... Still, 3 weeks of beach and cocktails...mmm....
