Around lunch time I weighed in. I like the results but don't really see how they came to be ... I am trying to monitor my food intake and keep everything down to about 1500 calories per day and I have been doing that quite well but I still didn't expect so much weight loss! yay!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
