Getting ready to run my next half marathon and I need to get back in shape. I have been slacking off due to work but I know thats just my excuse. I had lost 70 lbs and have put 30 back on ... Time to fix this once and for all. I want to reach my goal of 180 by the end of the year. Got to eat right and watch the snacking when I work late.
