Feeling really good, finally I am under the 200lb mark. Followed the diet 100% and never went over my points. Today I am in on my own (with my dog Eddie) and will need to fight the urge to munch.

I'm looking forward to the BEACH challenge, tomorrow will be the first day of 'Breaking the Habit'.

The sun is shining, I'm smiling, it is definitely going to be a good day.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
