I am enjoying the WW diet and do not find counting the points a pain in the ars*! If we decided to go out and grab lunch like we did today, we thought we'd grab a subway so I just went a found their website decided what I wanted and then found out the points value. A turkey 6 inch sub on wheat bread with tomatoes, lettuce, pepper, light mayo and cheese was only 5 points. Was lovely too and really filled me up. If you are tracking points and grab lunch out, Subway is a great choice and not too many points.
I practised Yoga today, it was relatively easy and I felt really good afterwards. I am only a beginner and have been using the 'Beginners Yoga for Dummies' DVD. There are only 12 postures (the daily dozen) and although simple you can really feel them. A nice easy exercise to stretch the muscles and one I can see myself keeping up. I really did enjoy it.
I have signed up to do an OU course, one of the short level ones 'Start Writing Fiction'. My ultimate goal is a degree in English & English Literature, but I haven't studied for so long that I thought one of their short courses to get used to studying would be the best starting place, also it's something that I will enjoy as I love writing. It starts at the end of October, perfect timing for when I get back off holiday, and is only a few weeks long with only marked assignments no exams.
