yayyyy down another pound! I wish it always came off this fast!
269.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Mine has been dropping super fast too - It's so nice but it can "spoil" you into wanting this every day. That is great that you are losing and eating Atkins shakes - my body is not so tolerant. Congrats!
