again starting over. been slacking over the last month. eating too much and not writing everything down.

not doing Dr. Phil now, just using the principles and eating healthy.

mom is at 278. she is eating healthy meals but really overdoing snacks. but hasn't gained.
217.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
