day 5-- OK not so bad today. I think I am getting over the hump of sugar detox. I am a nurse, and work nights sometimes, last night was hard being up all night, to keep yourself awake, you think of food often and want to munch. I ate cheese and peanuts last night. Usually it's snickers and hot fries. Need to exercise today might try to swim.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
